Saturday’s Fitness

When it comes to Saturday’s workouts I become so happy. It’s my last workout day until Monday! The workout is short, sweet and to the point. But it definitely gives you a burn.

Elbow to Knee  3 x 15

Leg Raises  3 x 15

Sit ups  3 x 15

Russian Twists  3 x 15

Plank  5 x hold one min, rest, repeat

HIIT cardio: Sprints for 15 minutes [Sprint 1 min, walk 1 min, until 15 mins is up. 1 minute cool down.]
