As you all know leg day is my favorite workout day. Friday’s leg day is Quads and Calves concentrated. My following goes as followed:
Leg Press 5 x 10
Leg Extensions 5 x 15
Calf Raises 4 x 12
Front Squats 4 x 10
Kettle Bell(dumbbell) Single Leg Deadlift 4 x 10
Post Lift Cardio: 45 minutes of steady state cardio.
